Nothing in these terms relieves you of your obligations under any contract you may have with Riot Games. We take no ownership of any products or services that are sold or the content you access. By making any purchases from our website, you are purchasing our time to perform the service (for any boosting services) or our time spent working on, playing on, and reselling accounts listed by us.
Purchase Regulations
By completing a transaction on our website you agree to the following regulations:
- The warranty for all products sold is valid only at the time of sale. We are responsible for the functionality of the account at the moment of sale only.
- The management team is not responsible for the further functionality of the account. After purchasing the account, we are not responsible for its functionality anymore. Anything that happens to the account after the purchase is solely the responsibility of the buyer.
- Claims regarding the non-functionality of the account are accepted within 1 day from the date of purchase.
- All accounts correspond to their name and description and are thoroughly tested before sale, as well as sold only to one buyer.
- Purchased accounts cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Actions related to the purchase of game accounts, in-game currency, and other in-game property are prohibited by the user agreements of most game developers and may entail sanctions from the administration’s side, such as blocking the game account and seizing the purchased virtual property. Q Services is not affiliated with the administration of the corresponding computer games developer and is not responsible for the possible consequences of purchasing this type of product.
We do not hack anyone, and we do not persuade the accounts and their owners in any way. WARNING! The store buys information access services, sorts according to the requested criteria, and sells (without taking responsibility for the content of the information). The goods from our store are used for informational purposes only. The use of the goods for any illegal purpose is not recommended or implied. The site administration is not responsible for the further actions of the site users after purchasing the product.
Sales & Refunds

You must read the full description of every product before you buy it. The description will clearly state the exact length of the warranty for that product. If you do not read this and miss the warranty details, it is your responsibility and we are not at fault. - Warranty Against Pre-Banned Accounts
All Discord accounts come with a warranty if they are already banned when you get them: - How Long: The warranty lasts between 3 to 7 days from your purchase date (check the product description for the exact length).
- What's Covered: We will replace any account that is already broken (pre-banned) when we give it to you.
- What's NOT Covered: The warranty does not cover accounts that get banned after you receive them because of how you use them.
- Longer Warranties for Bulk Orders
If you are making a large (bulk) order, please open a support ticket to talk to us. We may be able to offer you a longer warranty period. - We're Here to Help
We want to fix any problems you have. While we can't give refunds, please open a support ticket if there's an issue with your order, and we will do our best to help you.
