All sales are final.

At Q Services, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our refund and warranty policy before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

We only issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Undeliverable Orders: If we are completely unable to deliver the product you purchased.
  • Warranty Exception: If your product is covered under warranty and we are unable to repair or replace it.

No refunds will be provided for any other reason.

Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage varies by product.

Standard Warranty

  • Discord Accounts: 24 Hours
  • FiveM / Steam: 24 Hours
  • Bulk Orders (100+): 7 Days

FiveM Bundle Warranty

Restocks are provided in batches of 50–100 units.

  • 1–24 Units: 3-Day Warranty
  • 25+ Units: 7-Day Warranty

If your product becomes inactive or is disabled during the warranty period, simply open a support ticket and we'll replace it.

Not sure if a product includes a warranty?

Please open a support ticket before purchasing, and we'll confirm the warranty coverage.

Unless otherwise stated, most unlisted products include a 24–48 hour warranty.

To receive warranty support:

  • Support is provided through Discord tickets only.
  • A valid Order ID is required for all warranty claims.
  • Direct Messages (DMs) are not accepted for support.
  • No support will be provided without an open support ticket.
